An experienced professional with over 30 years’ experience of retail quality management, auditing and analysis in a number of sectors including electrical, timber, building and construction products, retail, sports, music, the NHS and the charity sector.
Awarded commendations in both administrative and customer-facing roles. Analytical and IT-literate, I use a combination of technical knowledge and communication skills to drive quality and best practice throughout the organisation.
